Where can I purchase Moonlight + Sage products?
All products are available at www.moonlightandsage.com.
You can also purchase our bracelets at select btone fitness locations in Boston, including Back Bay (Newbury Street) and the North End (Salem Street).
What size bracelet should I buy?
We currently offer our bracelets in two sizes. S/M bracelets fit wrists up to approximately 6 1/2 inches and the M/L fits up to a 7 1/2 inch wrist comfortably. If you purchase a bracelet that does not fit, we’ll be happy to exchange it for another size within our 30-day exchange period.
Why does my piece look different than it does on the website?
Since we only use 100% natural crystals, there are slight variances in the color, size and shape of each stone. This will not affect the energy of the stones. If you are unhappy with the crystals you receive, simply contact us and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
What is your return policy?
We'd be happy to exchange any item within 30 days of the purchase date.
What metals do you use in your jewelry?
Our products are designed to last, so we use 14-karat gold-filled findings on all pieces unless otherwise noted. We chose to use gold-filled because gold-plated jewelry items are more prone to tarnishing/fading than similar products made from gold-filled. Because of the higher gold content in gold-filled (100% more gold than gold-plated items), gold-filled findings are more expensive, but will last longer with proper care.
Can gold-filled tarnish?
Yes, it can, but it takes a rare set of circumstances. Gold-filled is usually a lifetime product because the gold layer bonded to the brass core is quite thick. Trust us, we were tired of buying gold-plated items only to have them tarnish or fade after a couple of wears, which is why we opted for higher-quality materials.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Although we’ve tested these pieces in the saltiest bodies of water in the Caribbean without any damage, we do recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, oils and lotions while wearing your crystals.
Can I place a custom jewelry order?
At this time, we are unable to accommodate custom requests, but we’d love to know what types of crystals and pieces you’d like to see in future collections. If there is something you’d like us to consider, drop us a line!
How do I store my Moonlight + Sage sprays?
Sprays should be kept at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.
What is the Moonlight + Sage Karma Collective?
The MSKC is an area of the site where we feature products created by other makers that we think our customers would also be interested in. This is a great way to expand Moonlight + Sage, while helping other small shops grow their businesses by exposing their products to our customers.
How do you choose products for the Karma Collective?
We are always on the hunt for great products that will help people on their spiritual journey - from tools that can be used in moon rituals to natural beauty products and everything in between. What is your shipping policy?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of placing your order. A USPS tracking number will be provided once your item is on its way! If you need your product to arrive by a specific date, please contact Keri@moonlightandsage.com prior to placing your order to discuss shipping options.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the U.S., but hope to start shipping internationally soon!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, as well as PayPal.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Massachusetts customers will be charged the standard 6.25% sales tax.
Can I cancel my order?
Our goal is to ship your merchandise soon after your order is placed, ideally within 24 hours. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact Keri@moonlightandsage.com. If your product has not shipped, we will be happy to accommodate your cancellation request. Once orders have shipped, they cannot be cancelled.
